"Tyr Solutions is staffed by current, and former, members of law enforcement and military professionals who are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Each of our Team members are required to pass extensive background checks prior to employment to include, but not limited to, checks with all law enforcement agencies within the United States, maintaining fingerprints on file with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, former employers, and must complete a minimum of forty hours of continued training annually on a variety of topics. Our Team is certified through the American Heart Association in CPR and first-aid, and must maintain active certification at all times. In addition, Team members have extensive training and experience in conflict management, to include identifying common "pre-attack" indicators commonly displayed prior to a physical altercation taking place and are skilled in de-escalation techniques to ensure order and safety for all parties.
Tyr Solutions Team members will remain impartial, working together with our clients towards the goal until our services are no longer required. Clear and concise reports can be prepared and submitted, documenting interactions based on factual information observed through experience gained through years of reports prepared for criminal court cases in Arizona.
